These 100% Arabica coffee beans come from the high hills of the Los Santos region in the province of San José, Costa Rica. An area renowned worldwide for its refined coffees.
This coffee consists of carefully selected Caturra and Catuai beans, which are processed using the washed method. The result is a bright, clean taste and a beautiful balance in the cup. Fresh citrus acids of lemon, orange, and sugarcane.
Brewing advice:
These beans are excellent for both filter coffee and espresso.
For filter coffee, use 30 grams of medium-ground coffee and 500 ml of water.
For an espresso of 40 to 50 ml, we recommend 18-20 grams of finely ground coffee.
