This 100% Arabica coffee comes from Paraná Norte, Brazil, where the beans are carefully cultivated. First, the Catuai beans are hand-picked and then sun-dried using the natural honey method, which results in a full-bodied and smooth flavor.
The coffee grows at an altitude of 900 to 1100 meters, contributing to its beautiful balance and accessible character. In the cup, you taste a warm, nutty flavor with chocolatey notes.
Brewing advice:
This coffee is perfect for espresso. Use 40-50 ml of water for 18-20 grams of finely ground coffee.
